I’ve been helping people get fit and lose fat for years now, and – it’s true – not everyone loses weight for good. In fact, I’m always hurt when I see someone lose 20-30 pounds in a month or two, get back to their high school weight, look and feel great, and then slowly let the pounds creep back on a few months later.

But some people, less than 5%, succeed in keeping their extra weight off for the rest of their lives.

What’s the difference between the 95% of people who regain the weight and the 5% who succeed?

The people who succeed have one thing in common, and it’s not what you may think. It’s not great genetics, a particular exercise, or super-supplement from outer space.

The truth is, what these successful individuals have and others don’t is quite simple – they ask for help from like-minded people when they need it.
